Our client is seeking experienced Lead Nurses within NICU and ER for permanent roles based in Muscat, Oman.
The hospital is a general hospital with 72 beds including high dependency beds and neonatal intensive care. Comprehensive Outpatient and Emergency Department services are also available.
The roles will see you oversee the shifts you will be in charge of within either NICU or ER Departments.
This will include carrying out and overseeing patient care and ensuring any complaints are dealt with. You will also liaise with family members and patients to ensure the best possible patient care is carried out.
You will manage staff duty rosters and any staff discipline issues as well as overseeing any recruitment / staff issues.
Other duties include working with Doctors, Consultants and Managers and producing reports when required.
To apply for the role you will possess 5+ years experience within either NICU or ER with at least 2+ years experience in a Supervisory / Lead role..
In return for both roles you will receive a TAX FREE salary between $30,000 - $35,000 USD per annum.
You will also receive an excellent benefits package in addition to the salary given.
