Purpose of Job
1. Support SCM in Inventory Management and stock auditing activities.
2. Manage Stock Audit team to carry out daily stock check activities i.e. normal stock, Project material close out, and recount as per Inventory Stock Audit programme. Investigate discrepancies and make subsequent adjustment in accordance with the Company published procedures and work instructions in a professional and timely manner.
3. Propose changes to work methods and procedures where means of improvement are identified.
4. Plan and analyse reports on stock related statistics and produce and update monthly dashboard to SCMLT.
Principal accountabilities
Inventory Management
1. Support procurement team/Inventory Management Team to review and analyse stock and non-moved stock items.
2. Work with Warehouse Logistics personnel and Asset Focal points and Project Material Coordinators (PMC) in identification of project surplus, stock surplus & Direct Charges by either
i. Physical identifications on the material or
ii. By making reference to SAP PO number to the physical identifications.
3. Continue carrying out spot check on material returned from offshore/onshore rigs. Analyse and review material return whether fit for return to stock then follow up action with relevant Warehouse Logistic personnel for MRV process or follow up with Asset material focal point to highlight material for repair or for write off for disposal/sale.
4. Maintain material surplus listing and to follow up with Assets Material Focal point/PMCs to check their requirement.
Stock Check
1. Produce annual inventory/ stock audit programme and plan for its implementation.
2. Organise and produce physical inventory document (PID) to stock checkers.
3. Supervision of stock audit team and ensure actual target complied with plans.
4. Stock investigation and reconciliation on all discrepancies with Warehouse Logistics Supervisor/Storemen.
5. Investigate and clear, on monthly basis with Yard/Warehouse Supervisor/Storemen during second count, all stock differences highlighted by SAP. Proposed write off/on to correct discrepancies where and investigation has fail to provide explanation.
6. Identify any anomalies as below, detected in the Warehouses / Yards and report to relevant parties by raising standard report. Reports are to be produced (but not limited to) as follows:
i. General Observations:
- Comments relating to the overall progress and factors assisting or restricting the stock check.
- Areas of concern that need to be communicated.
ii. Action Points:
- Specific tasks that are to be resolved and completed by a specified due date.
- Action due by date to be specified and followed up to ensure resolution.
- Documentation relating to resolution to be retained on file for audit trail.
iii. Safety, hazardous and environmental:
- Specific issues that need to be communicated relating to safety, hazardous and/or environmental incidents.
- Action points with due by dates can be noted here also.
7. Carry out ad-hoc or non-routine inventory stock audit requests e.g by buyers, PMCs etc.
8. Carry out adhoc stock check for 3 rd party
9. Liaise with Warehouse Logistic personnel and ensure that inventory items are correctly stored, advise on shelf life / storage needs.
10. To initiate quarterly meeting with relevant Warehouse Logistic personnel to improve Communication on any issues for improvement. Including follow up status on preservation recommendation and status deteriorated items.
11. Train and coach new recruits (including graduates)

| Habilidades: |
Qualifications
Required
- HND graduate in engineering, business studies or quantity surveying, or equivalent qualifications and a minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in oil and gas industry, Or
- 2 ‘A’ Levels including a numerate subject with minimum of 5 years working experience in inventory management or logistics (warehouse operations) in oil and gas industry.

- A good understanding of Inventory management and stock auditing planning and execution.
- A general understanding of Supply Chain management and Logistics processes.
Training
- Operate with minimal guidance and supervision.

- Good communication skills; able to work and communicate with staff from a wide range of technical backgrounds and management levels.
