This is an in our office position, not field project management.
· Monitor and direct work flow and reporting to ensure efficiency, productivity and highest quality service possible to our customers
· Participate in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures for the company.
· Responsible for hiring, training and development of employees; employee reviews
· Strong analysis, problem solving, decision making and communication skills
· High level energy, “hands on” leadership style and excellent people skills
· Oversees all departments except IT
· Commitment to learning and teaching
· Ability to communicate with ownership
· Continuous improvement is key aspect!

| Habilidades: |
4 year degree or equivalent
· Five year minimum experience in management
· Background in construction or related field preferred but not necessary
· Must have strong skills in leadership, management, technical analysis and budgeting.
· Proficient in all standard computer programs is preferred.
· Proven written and verbal communication skills
