Cobern Chronos consulting`s client is a widely recognised leading provider of technical solutions, procurement, engineering and project management services to the world`s oil and gas, minerals, renewable energy, power and process industries by combining technology, operational excellence and engineering know-how. They are currently seeking for their local office in Slovakia a:
General Manager
To achieve the goals and business plan of the Company as it is established by the Board of Directors.
Responsibility:
Ć Selects, hires and manages the personnel of the Company,
Ć Negotiates and signs contracts,
Ć Represents the Company in relations with other parties, individuals or legal persons, as well as public institutions, organizations and courts,
Ć Full accounting and management responsibility.
Duties:
Ć To manage the overall activities of the company, lead teams by ensuring that the agreed KPIs such as HSE, revenue, profit and quality standards are met on continuous basis.
Ć Develop a business development strategy in order to become a leading sustainable Engineering contractor in the region.
Ć Other main duties will be to source new business, overseeing existing project activities and financial reporting.

| Habilidades: |
Skills:
Ć Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering along with several postgraduate courses in Business Administration / Project Management and Management.
Ć Good knowledge of Oil & Gas and Energy construction industry.
Ć Strong technical and people skills.
Ć Fluent Romanian and English will be a must, French is an advantage.
