| Habilidades: |
Responsibilities will include:
*Bringing in new sales contracts / cold calling/ hunting for new business
*Business development-creating personal goals/business outlines to present to CTO
*End Client Interaction-serve as point of contact to companies existing clientele.
*Evaluation and Technical interview of the candidates; overseeing Junior offshore recruiters submissions prior to presentation to end client.
*Aid in handling of allocated accounts of the company when necessary
*Driving outbound sales efforts to uncover both explicit and implied sales opportunities
*Creating customer interest, answering product questions and initiating in various sales process; lead ideas to appeal to target accounts in the IT industry.
*Processing inbound or campaign-based calls, leading follow ups and referral management.
*Preparing tracking reports; activities, focused calling plans, ability to generate purposeful leads, etc.
*Identifying qualifying IT sales opportunities and making outbound sales calls, managing end-user opportunities and closing sales.
*Must have creative, think outside the box mindset and the ability to come up with ideas to aide in marketing diversity and success.
Education Qualifications (preferably) and other skill set requirements:
*An MBA Grad (either continuing or graduated) with drive to focus on their expertise of a career in sales/ business development or account management.
*Need a great understanding of full recruitment life cycle
*Very strong interpersonal skills
*Ability to work on with a small team and collaborate efforts on the advancement the companies ultimate goals
*Self Starter
*Very strong understanding of the IT industry and overall SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
*Ideal candidate shall have an urge to achieve success in the sales and business development.
*Strong written & oral communications skills required.
*Excellent time management and over-the-phone skills.
