Responsibilities:
• Overall project management and implementation
• Plan and manage project schedule to ensure timely delivery and be
responsible for overall quality, project costs and operation profitability
• Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance
to quality standards and governing codes
• Plan and organise contract and project management activities including
cost reestimates, manpower planning, work schedules, progress of
certification and payment from customers/consultants

| Habilidades: |
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s Degree, Post Graduate
Diploma, Professional Degree or Master`s Degree in Civil Engineering or
equivalent.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
• Applicant with extensive working experience will be considered for senior
positions.
• Good knowledge in project management methodology
• Service-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Resourceful, dynamic, highly motivated and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at different
levels
• Willing to put in extra hours depending on project demand
