Responsibilities:
• In charge of the contractual and variation claims management and
administration for the Project.
• Responsibilities include drafting contractual correspondences, developing,
planning and implementing a good claims management system and
record keeping system, identifying and processing contractual deviations
to the contract, contractual claim analysis, preparation of claims
documents and interfacing with relevant project personnel to identify
potential claims including meeting with Client and their consultants.
• Handle the execution of the project (main contractual obligations, timely
delivery, quality, compliance with contract scope as well as expected
profitability of the project itself)
• Oversee or conducts on-site visits to contractors/suppliers to examine
billings, fiscal data and eligibility determinations for compliance with terms
and contract
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, complaints and disputes by
negotiating settlement agreements or by canceling or terminating
contracts
• Serve as principal contract liaison between suppliers/vendors, contractors
and other customers
• Ensure all work being delivered respects specific state regulations
guaranteeing good relations with local authorities

| Habilidades: |
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent professional qualification in engineering/Quantity
Surveying
• 8-10 years experience in major engineering or building work with
substantial exposure to administration of diverse types of contracts
• Sound contractual knowledge and hands-on experience in contract
administration and claims management
• Good knowledge in Construction Law and experience working for
international contractors will be an added advantage
• Able to demonstrate true leadership abilities, lead teams as well as be
able to work Independently
