Job Purpose:
Develop a Marketing/Sales Plan and implement the same to meet the company’s Business Plan.
Key Responsibilities of this Job:
1. Conduct presentation of Aluminium Joinery System with Client, Consultant and Contractor in order to generate genuine enquiries.
2. Provide Marketing Intelligence to the Management and Estimation Dept. To ensure the competitive price for the projects tendered.
3. Co-ordinate with Estimators for the tender queries and other issues related to the Projects Tendered in order to ensure timely delivery of Tender.
4. Prepare Tender Documents in line with Tender Specification.
5. Regular follow up with the Clients, Consultants and Contractors in order to obtain maximum intelligence input which assist for smooth negotiation.
6. Co-ordination with Purchase department to finalize the contract.
7. Prepare/check Contract Agreement to ensure that the Agreement is in line with our proposal/offer.
8. To ensure the maximum customer satisfaction in order to obtain repeated contracts.
Important Features Of This Job:
· Very Competitive market where price place a major role in selecting the aluminium subcontractors.
For achieving prestigious projects, a great amount of influence is required from Top Management
Comunications Required:
External:
· Regular interaction with consultant/contractor to update present projects in progress and future project.
· Regular interaction with suppliers and subcontractors in order to get better offer from them, which is an ingredient for us, to offer competitive price to our customers.
Internal:
· On need basis, interaction with Technical Department to gather technical detail of products for the project tendered and compiling of tender documents.
· Weekly meeting with superior to formulate sales plan, analyze enquiries, project quoted and identification of future projects.
Reporting to Commercial Manager on weekly basis regarding sales performance
Authority and reponsibility to solve problems and make decisions:
· discretion to select project to quote, within the guideline set forth by the management.
· Checking Quotation, signing and approving the same in the absence of Commercial Manager.
· Final negotiation of contract after getting the approval from Commercial Manager or Operation Manager.
Minimum Qualifications, SKILLS, Experiences And Competencies Required.
Graduate degree in Applied Sciences (BBA preferred), with 3-5 years of similar experience in construction field.
Strategic selling approach with long term relationship with the customers in U.A.E.
Good Exposures to computer, esp. M.S project etc.
Ability to plan and set demanding objectives & achieving them.
Ability to think clearly and communicate effectively with strong negotiation skill.
Strong interpersonal skill, effective communication at all levels of management
