Keys and Responsibilities :-
•Gain and build an in -depth Client base.
•Confidently articulate the clients at all appropriate levels of division-making.
•Assess, develop and accurately forecast the business revenue potential in Kuwait.
•Develop and execute account plans and strategies.
•Manage the achievement of revenue and profitability targets through the direct sales force as well as indirect reseller channels.
•Build and maintain high level executive and government relation to help grow the business &establish presence as the leading life support partner of choice.
•Lead and direct ales force coaching them to close strategic sales.
•Engage and manage local and regional resources to build strategic wins and deploy profitable projects.
•Develop a strong and loyal indirect revenue channel through marketing programs.
•Drive customers and partners satisfaction with the client .
•Develop the image of the company.
•Developing key relationships as senior levels within the organization.
•Accountable for customer satisfaction, Partner Satisfaction, Backlog Management, Project Profitability in his / her projects.

| Habilidades: |
Skills Requirements:-
•Must be an American citizen with valid passport.
•Must be a prior military and / or sworn law enforcement officer ( police ) with minimum 6 years or experience.
•Experienced professional from all field especially with government / defense contracts.
•Must have strong understanding of Life Support Solutions and selling strategy as well as the ability to articulate these strategies with confidence to key corporate decision makers.
•Must have a good level of technical awareness about Life Support Services and related products and should be able to hold a discussion with senior / high ranked officials and business decisions Makers of Projects and Contracting Office (PCO). U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the Joint Contracting Command - Iraq (JCC-1)
•Proven professional and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to represent the company’s INC to governments, customers and partners.
•Must have strong strategic selling and negotiation skills.
•Management experience would be an asset .
•Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial contracts.
•Local market knowledge of Iraq would be a plus ( Enterprises and Corporate Market - Life Support Market ).
•A highly effective team player who is able to motivate virtual team members from inside as well as outside the company.
•FAR contract experience would be added advantage.
