Responsibility for all commercial aspects of a large contract, including advising clients on commercial and cost issues, administration of the supplier’s contracts, agreeing processes and procedures with key suppliers and the management of a Commercial Assistants.
Duties & Responsibilities
Successfully manage and motivate team
Communicate with suppliers and agree outstanding issues
Work closely with Account Managers to enhance processes and procedures to the benefit of organization and the customer
Fully understand client contracts
Direct on-site management and assuring compliance with contract conditions and relevant standards.
Gather, analysis and understand large volumes of data and prepare detailed recommendations to Management
Able to actively manage the elimination of risk
Represent the company to external entities, and to establish commercial relationships.
Prepare and analysis budgets and forecasts as required for all aspects of costs within the business
Develop and implement commercial audit processes
Provision of financial analysis to contract team and client
Develop and maintain benchmarking data
Liaise with clients and Account Director on all commercial aspects of the contract
Qualification
Bachelors Degree or graduate Law Degree qualified from a reputable University
Specific skills required
Sound knowledge of experience of project contract management, monitoring and supervision required.
Customer-focused with ability to meet customer demand for sector knowledge and expertise
Experience within marketing and tendering activities
Motivator and leader with strong sense of responsibility required
Ability to communicate effectively with Clients and other project team members
Good Team worker with the ability to use own initiative when required
Build successful working relationships with internal departments

Experience
7- 10 years experience with exposure to project and trading contracts in the consulting industry within Middle East/ UAE preferred
