Housing Manager Saudi Arabia
All accommodations are new buildings.
This a new position. Seeking a senior experienced professional housing manager for a academic campus. The incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of sound operating and fiscal procedures, the direct and indirect supervision of all neighborhood staff, development and maintenance of strong resident/family relations, preparation and implementation of annual operating and capital budgets, neighborhood-wide maintenance program and adherence to all required government and military regulations. This position is similar to managing military housing.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in business or related field is preferred. PLUS long-term related industry experience will be considered. A professional designation of, or active candidacy for, Residential Apartment Manager, Accredited Residential Manager, Certified Property Manager or equivalent industry certification is preferred or MBA or Project Manager Professional
Responsibilities:
• To follow and arrange timetables, to the attendant working under his Management.
• To arrange and control the accommodation for incoming staff as per the housing plan.
• To report and follow up the trouble orders to engineering.
• To keep the staff compound clean and tidy, that all equipment functions well and that hotel property is not abused.
• To handle allocation of rooms, Villas and apartments distribution of linen to new employees, Maintenance of gardens.
• Arrange and organize the housing inventory.
• To be aware of fire and safety procedures.
• Recruiting, supervising and training staff.
• identifying housing needs.
• Monitoring and updating contractors` lists.
• Recommending and developing local authority policies.
• Developing new housing schemes through re-using existing stock or managing new builds.
Skills
• 10- 15 Years experience in the same field.
• Good command in English and computer skills.
• Good Communication and leadership skills.
