Job Specification:
Required for our client who is manufacturers of Modular switchboard and control panels in South India with base from range of industries, from public service to commercial and residential.
To actively contribute to their exciting future, we are seeking Sr. Sales Engineers to take responsibility for ongoing business development and growth.
The Role:
• Ability to lead a team of Middle & Junior sales engineers to care of Marketing of Panel boards to user industries and commercial establishments. Taking care of quotations, estimation, costing and back end marketing Activities.
• Responsible for identifying and development of new Clients for Electrical panel Board and controls panels within a defined geographical area.
• Promoting the range of products through specification to Clients such factories, commercial complexes, software facilities, main contractors, local authorities and consulting engineers.
• This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression for the successful applicant as well as those looking to break into man management.
The Candidate
You must have proven specification sales experience within the industry.
• You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent presentation, relationship, team building and communication skills and a record of target achievement.
• You will be an independent and motivated self starter, capable of using your own initiative and going the extra mile to win business and keep the customer satisfied.
