Senior Scientist: Nutrient Systems: Lead the development of cost-effective nutrient systems supporting algae growth. Identify regional sources, create coupled technical and cost models, develop physical tests that validate/improve the system models. Working with our genetics team, developed fundamental relationships of nutrients with desired algal cell characteristics. Leadership-this position requires the ability to identify the technical path, and lead others to achieve goals. |
| Habilidades: |
PhD in Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering or Chemical Engineering with Bio focused experience. Experienced in analytical instrumentation (HPLC, LC/MS, GC/MS). Experience in the scaleup to the pilot plant level in renewable energy, waste streams/treatment, petrochemical, or food/pharmaceutical industries would be applicable. Algae experience highly desired. |
