Role ; Sr.Planning Engineer
Job Location : Dubai
Qualification : Graduse Engineering - Civil /Mechanical /Electrical
Experience : more than 7 years UAE Experienced
Responsibilities :
Developing of Project Plan (CPM), Work Breakdown Structure, S-Curve, Craft Projection, Workload Projections, Material & Engineering Plans.
•Developing of Budget, Cost Estimates, Cash Flow Projection for Engineering, Material & Construction Activities.
•Monitor Project Progress.
•Preparation Monthly/Weekly Progress reports highlighting progress and cost performance/projections.

| Habilidades: |
Experience in computerized project management (planning, scheduling, monitoring and control) in a multi discipline project environment.
Experienced in preparation of technical proposals.
Experience in construction management, CPM Scheduling, schedule delay analysis and construction contract compliance.
Strong project management, technical, communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in the use of computerized planning tools such as Primavera 3.1 &. Primavera 6.0. |
