Responsibilities Include:
• Developing the role specifics and requirements working with ADAT’s sales and corporate development groups to make a plan that includes defining sponsored versus independent models and analysis/implementation
• Interacting with the sales leaders of all Inscrybe customers across SCS to develop a pipeline of physician project opportunities at various SCS customers
• Building a pipeline of physician group opportunities that would bring ADAT maximum leverage with Inscrybe customers and prospects
• Overseeing the education and training of physicians and their office staff in the utilization of Inscrybe, and following up to ensure satisfaction
• Representing ADAT’s physician-related interests internally as well as at relevant industry events (e.g. Medtrade)
• Maintaining and operating ADAT’s Inscrybe Physician Advisory Board (IPAB) which acts as a primary feedback channel for Inscrybe product development and utilization
• Recruiting, hiring, training, managing, and evaluating new team members based on an appropriate resource plan
• Maintaining process data quality by monitoring through company systems the quality and upkeep of physician enrollment and usage data
General Candidate Profile:
• Candidates suited for this role would be experienced business analysts / project managers who are in their 2nd or 3rd job role.
• Candidates should have project experience within the healthcare field (i.e. delivered complex technology projects, etc.) and should demonstrate accomplishments in technology fields.
• Candidates should have good knowledge of the Inscrybe service modules as they relate to physicians.
• Candidates should desire to be a part of small Sales & Client Services team (~14) aiming to build a high performance sales and service culture within this growth company.
• Candidates should be self-starters with strong communications skills (written & verbal), energy, listening skills, and organization skills.
• Candidates should have the flexibility to travel domestically up to 25%.

| Habilidades: |
• At least 5 years of demonstrable consultative selling experience in the healthcare field, ideally with software solutions directly or indirectly targeting medical professionals (MD’s, RN’s, etc.)
• 8-10 years of demonstrable technology and project success in one of the following areas:
Healthcare Technology Medical Practice Supplies and Services (e.g. Physicians Sales and Service - PSS / World Medical, Inc., Quest Diagnostics).
Medical Billing / EMR / Practice Management Solutions (e.g. NueMD, Visionary Medical Systems, Doctors Partner, Allscripts).
Long Term Care Solutions (e.g. Plexis Healthcare Systems, Keane, Monette).
Pharmacy Management (e.g. McKesson, Pharmacy Systems, Rx30.com).
