A nationwide firm is seeking qualified individuals for a business development opportunity as loan originators. Your clients will include individuals and business owners who may be in need of unsecured financing. This is an ideal opportunity for mortgage brokers or mortgage firms who want to expand their offerings to be able to serve small business clients.
Loan originators typically earn 2% of the approved loan amount on loans or lines of credit ranging from $100k to $10 million. If you successfully submitted only one loan per week, you could increase your income by over $100K per year even at the minimum loan amounts.
There is no cost to you to become a loan originator with this firm (no franchise fees and no monthly fees) and training will be provided.

• Community banks that want to be able to better assist its small business clients.
• Loan originators who want to be able to work as an independent but need a product.
• Loan originators who have been downsized and are looking for a way to replace their income.

| Habilidades: |
• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated sales or customer service experience/skills required.
• 1 - 2 years of consumer lending or mortgage lending experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated effective customer service, communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment performing multiple tasks.
• Analytical and time management skills to maintain focus on production.
• Computer key board skills
