Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least 2nd year level or a Bachelor’s/ College degree in any field
* Candidate must be 18 years old and above
* With above average-excellent English communication skills
* With at least 3-6 months call center experience
* With customer service/ outbound call experience
* With experience in escalation call is preferred
* Willing to work on night shifts and rotating shifts
* Willing to work on holidays
* Willing to work in Makati
* Proficient in computer office applications and can multi task
