Job Description:
Title: Landscape Design Director (Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident)
Location: Shenzhen, China (next to Hong Kong)
Salary: Overseas package up to A$1XX,000 – local position
Responsibility:
1. To have the global advanced standard of landscape design;
2. To have the capability to lead a team with high efficiency;
3. To have global design concept;
4. To have the capability to lead a large project;
5. To have the capability to manage a project from the beginning to the end and to control the cost;
6. To be creative and innovative of design product and keep the leading level in the market.

Requirements
1. Minimum 5 year landscape architectural working experience in US, Canada, Australia, Japan, or European country, plus with experience of Asian projects preferred
2. Familiar with the process of design, strong professional skill and experiences;. Familiar with the current modern concept and skills, any global or Australian prize winners or overseas equal experiences preferred;
3. Ability to plan and control projects efficiently, in high quality, under budget and on schedule, Strong capability to control cost, time and team meeting;
4. Adaptability and sensitivity to satisfied the market needs;
5. Strong capability to cope with people and efficient team management, with good written and spoken ability, Capable to lead a multi-cultural team under a Chinese local company
6. Skillful with the design and Office software;
7. Professional and good career and team spirit
8. Minimum bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in landscape architecture from universities of US, Canada, Australia, or European countries is preferred.
9. Language of English is a must, mandarin would be a plus.
10. Based in Shenzhen (next to Hong Kong); Have opportunities to travel to all parts of China and other countries. |
