A Production supervisor(some time known as a shift manager or team leader)reporting to the production manager and is responsible for achieving immediate shirt term goals and tasks.
For example :- output volumes,quality,safety.
The supervisor can have a significant effect on their production team.
Typical activities include:General operations,labor resoucing,absence managment,house keeping, continual improvement activities,Re allocation of tasks or re scheduling at short notice.
The Supervisor must also be prepared to work shift work when necessary.
It would be an asset to this candidate if they could demonstrate knowledge in Punch Press and Welding Operations |
