We are a global aid and development dealer for Ford Motor Company and sell/modify vehicles for use by humanitarian and development non-governmental organizations, government and commercial businesses.
Our “On – Site” Construction Services offering experienced Project Managers and crew for customers include US Embassy, international security companies and major USAID contractors.
Responsibilities;
• Based in Kabul, Afghanistan, responsible for reporting and documentation being performed on a project.
• Read, evaluate and understand drawings, specifications and contractual obligations.
• When additional drawings and specifications are received after contract award, evaluate the contract documents to the addendum documents- compare differences
• (if any) and generate Change Orders when a cost and/or time difference is involved.
• Create a project budget based upon the initial estimation.
• Organize and process purchase receipts.
• Organize product submittals.
• Organize and document material testing.
• Final draft and submission of Request for Information (RFI) to the client in cooperation with the Site Superintendent.
• Final draft and submission of daily project reporting and photographs in cooperation with the Site Superintendent.
• Plan project mobilization and demobilization in cooperation with the Site Superintendent.

| Habilidades: |
• Proven Project Management experience in Construction business
• At least bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction project management role
• Strong leadership , communication , interpersonal and cross cultural skills
• Excellent command of English and computer literate
• Be able to work under pressure and to be based in Kabul, Afghanistan
