We offer a dynamic, fast-paced working environment that requires closely following world financial market movements and news while interacting in real-time with current and prospective clients. We are seeking to build a diverse sales and client support team of financial professionals from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about teamwork, financial sales, continued learning, and who are looking to grow within the company. Candidates with financial and technical backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
There are opportunities to work in our office in Miami. As a rapidly expanding firm that is opening new locations throughout the Caribbean, there is rich potential for upward mobility in the Sales Department as well as opportunities in the firm’s other departments and locations, as well as in joint-venture partnerships. Special consideration will be made for those speaking foreign languages; Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Chinese, and Japanese speakers are in high demand.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following:
• Conducting sales calls and responsible for bringing new Forex associates to the firm without cold calling
• Following financial markets and understanding what is occurring and be able to relate them to FX movements
• Providing support for self-trading FX clients from all over the world
• Assisting customers with account inquiries and turning customer interactions into sales opportunities
• Demonstrating our trading platform and discussing the FX market with prospective clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients through phone and email
