Senior Surveying & Property Damage Claims Professionals
Belgium /Holland
Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced and energetic property professional who will represent them on a regional basis in Belgium and Holland, while reporting back to head office in Ireland.
It is expected that the successful candidate will have at least five years experience in the property arena, have a related professional qualification and will have a proven track record at a senior level in property surveying, project management, quantity surveying or engineering.
The role will involve the loss adjusting, negotiation and management of large property claims as well as assisting the head office management team in the coordination and supervision of the regional team.
We are seeking applications from individuals that will be based in either Belgium or Holland and will cover both jurisdictions. The successful candidate will be a good knowledge of French or Dutch and English and highly competent in technical report writing in any two of the above languages.
Excellent remuneration and bonus package available for the successful candidate.
