Title: Direct (Door to Door) Sales Representative
Pay: 20% Commission
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Job Objective:
Proactively seeks, influences, and retains valuable customer relationships through face-to-face customer interaction with enthusiasm and integrity. Sales activity is primarily driven by knocking on residential homeowner`s doors and engaging the home owner in a sales conversation with an ultimate goal of closing a sale.
Responsibilities:
•Present and sell company products and services to potential clients.
•Attend training sessions and conference calls whenever scheduled.
•Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
•Identify and resolve client concerns.
•Provide timely feedback to Regional Sales Manager regarding performance.
•Maintain detailed knowledge of the company`s products or services.
•Participate in preparation of proposals and presentations as needed.
•Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within your daily conduct.
•Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and other events as needed.
•Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
•Build and maintain client relationships.

•Some sales experience required, and your sales potential will be evaluated.

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals as needed.
•Ability to communicate with a diverse external and internal cliental base.
•Proficient in multi-tasking, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
•Ability to push, pull, bend, lift, crawl, stoop, stand, squat, kneel and walk for extended periods of time.
•Work outside throughout the year in a variety of weather conditions, including temperature extremes.
Note: Direct Sales Representatives are required to supply their own vehicle.
