Our Client an MNC is currently looking to employ Project Manager to be incharge of all their projects in the project development division.
Scope and Responsibilities
(Identify functions and tasks performed)
To ensure feasibility of projects.
To set up project team and consultant team properly.
To secure authority approvals.
To liase with land owners.
To negotiate on the construction contracts.
Responsible for the award and administration of construction contracts.
To prepare construction scheduling and provide supervision.
To prepare project costing and estimation.
Responsible for sourcing and the procurement of equipment and materials suppliers.
To evaluate payments and claims.
Maximization of Project returns through proper planning, cost controls, collusion control, and value engineering
