We are looking for self motivated individuals who can sell internet-based calendar, time, billing, and accounting subscriptions within an exclusive geographical territory. We are looking to staff 30 exclusive sales territories within the United States roughly supporting a population of 10 million people each.
Compensation consists of a liberal commission equaling 70% of all subscription revenue generated from the first 12 months of service. Selling a minimum of 2 average sales per month will generate compensation of 50,000 per year. Closing 4 sales per month will generate over $100,000 per year.
To qualified applicants we will provide a draw against commissions during the initial months of service. We will also offset out-of-pocket sales costs by reimbursing $50 for each sale.
To encourage a long term working commitment, an additional 10% residual commission of will be paid on all receipts after the initial 12 months of service. With average performance this residual commission will increase the normal new sale commission by over $3,000 in the 2nd year and over $14,000 in the years following.
Our application, called LAWS/Pro, can accommodate any size organization. It is 100% internet based, meaning that nothing needs to be loaded onto any computer other than an Internet browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc.
LAWS/Pro is sold on a monthly subscription basis with the cost computed based on the number of users. The monthly subscription cost for the initial user is only $99/month while each additional user is charged $59/month, well less than a typical billable hour per month.
All sales personnel will be independent contractors meaning that you can set your own hours, determine your own routines and work where you find it convenient. Aside from earned commission, you will not receive any benefits from DTBusiness and will be responsible for paying all required taxes on your earnings.
You will be responsible for cultivating and closing your own leads. We encourage using on-line meeting software to speed the sales cycle and decrease travel time and costs.
This is a full time job. Individuals will need to provide enough time and dedication to generate 2 to 4 sales per month.
We will provide the following support:
a. A complimentary LAWS/Pro subscription.
b. Continual Application training.
c. Telephone support to Sales Representatives and end users.
d. LAWS/Pro business cards.
e. On-line meeting capabilities, such as GoToMeeting.
f. Printed and electronic brochures.
g. Out of pocket expense reimbursement
Qualities which would be useful include self motivation, ability to work well with people, an understanding of accounting principles, and a knowledge of the information flow within small service offices. Individuals should have access to high speed Internet.
