Resort Project Manager NEW Luxury Housing Complex
This a new position. Seeking a experienced professional property manager for a New Luxury housing complex with golf course/marina
You have at least 5 years of hotel/resort Management managing staff of 30 or more.
Develop and implement sound operating procedures, the direct and indirect supervision of a multi cultural staff (about 100, only 5 directs), develop and maintain strong resident & family relations, develop and implement neighborhood-wide maintenance program and plan and host regular resident social and recreation events. And adhere to all required government & corporate regulations. This position is similar to managing military housing or a resort complex. (This Is All New Housing) 3000 housing units! This job is NOT responsible for any construction projects.

Requirements
5-10 years experience in similar environment
College degree preferred
(Hotel Hospitality Resort Management a plus)
Professional certifications helpful.
Service Manager Housing & logistics
Manage a multicultural staff 100plus
Strong Customer Service, Quality Management Skills and supervisory experience a must for this position. Hotel background helpful.
Only fluent English required.
