Phreesia’s network is quickly expanding and we need a talented individual to lead our Sales Team!
Our Regional Sales Directors will be expected to lead and secure Large Practices and IPA’s for specific Regions in the U.S. and be able to quickly adapt to Phreesia’s sales process for Large Practices. The Director will build, maintain and manage a network of Field Agents and Specialist for the regions. The region will be supported by implementation, technical and marketing resources from Phreesia’s Operations Centers in both NYC and Ottawa, Canada. Frequent travel throughout the region is required! Full training will be provided!
Responsibilities:
• Direct Sales and Account Management
• Sales Management, Coaching, and coordinating work flow
• Create Sales Strategies and implement the Process
• Hire and Management Regional Sales Team
Experience:
• Exposure to the US Medical industry – physician’s office in particular
• 10 Years of Direct Sales experience and 5 years of sales management
• Self-starter, highly motivated
• Experience with selling technology is a benefit
• Entrepreneurial and enjoys working independently
• Enjoys the challenges of a startup and working in a team environment
Education:
University or College Degree or equivalent work experience
