Our client is a leading, international paper and packaging group with operations across 35 countries, an average of 33,400 employees and key operations in western and eastern Europe, as well as Russia and South Africa. For the transformation and further development of a successful production plant in Syktyvkar, we are looking for change managers, deployed in the logging area to promote continuous enhancement of processes and overall profitability.
Your Profile:
•Finished university degree in business administration with sound technical understanding
•Forestry background (education/professional work experience)
•Experience in change management and organizational development
Your Responsibilities:
•Participation in continuous improvement initiatives & projects at the production plant
•Identification, quantification and support in implementation of improvement potentials in areas of i.e. supply chain, production and finance
•Responsibility over project parts or whole projects in terms of target achievement (time & budget)
•Develop and roll out company-wide best practises
•Sharing knowledge among the operations within the business unit
