Hi, I am Joe Petchulat with Turnkey Security Equipment and we provide services and products to financial institutions in the state of Iowa.
TurnKey Security Equipment invites you to apply for a professional business development position serving financial institutions throughout Iowa. TurnKey Security, is seeking a creative, self-motivated and career-conscious professional for a new Account Manager position on our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing a long-term relationship with senior level officers and their management teams in financial institutions.
This is a high level business to business sales position that deals with capital expenditures and long term sales cycles as well as replacement equipment on an as needed basis meaning the potential for repeat business is high. Your role will be to provide solutions to their business challenges with both equipment and service, and maintain ongoing communication before during and after a project.
The candidate best suited for the position is one who has the ability to listen and understand a customer’s need without jumping into a product solution, one who is determined and passionate about what they believe and do, and walks on water.
TurnKey Security is a company that is based on taking great care of the people on the team. We believe that if we take exceptional care of the Turnkey family, they will in turn take care of our expanded family, the customers.
Compensation is up to the individual. We are a “pay for performance” company and unlike many larger companies do not have compensation caps for high performers. The better you are, the more you earn. Those experienced in sales know that it is not a 9-5 job. A 6 figure income is certainly obtainable.
