Company: Our client is the world’s largest provider of outsourced workplaces, including executive suites, meeting rooms, conference rooms, video conferencing and training rooms of any size. They currently have 750 business centres in 60 countries.
Role: Currently they are looking for an account payable Dutch or Spanish speaker to join their finance team in Prague, Czech Republic. The Dutch or Spanish accounts payable team are responsible for managing the payments for the Dutch and Spanish companies in the group. This involves contacting customers, monitoring customer accounts, handling payments and accruals, checking orders and invoice queries.
Skills: The ideal candidates will speak fluent Dutch or fluent Spanish, with fluent English and possess 1-2 years Accounts payable or finance skills. Candidates with previous knowledge in a Shared Service Centre environment or international finance operation are preferred as there will be a large number of transactions and processes to understand. To apply for this role you must be able to show relevant experience of the benelux accounting system including knowledge of the associated VAT/Tax laws and accounting standards.
