Position: Director – Urgent Care

Responsibilities:
Center Medical Directors function in both clinical and critical leadership roles in occupational health centers, seeing work related injuries and
Doing pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations. Medical Directors function as part of a leadership team with their
Operational, sales, and physical therapy counterparts. These positions are primarily clinical, and require strong urgent and primary care clinical
Skill sets, with specialty knowledge in the field of occupational medicine; Also, supervision and training of back office clinical staff and medical
Assistants, and reviewing and managing center budgets, coding, and revenue opportunities, and other activities within the centers. Regular hours.
Board certification in occupational medicine or primary care specialty is highly preferred.
Education:
‘Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
‘Medical degree from accredited university
Experience:
‘Total 11+ years experience
‘5 - 8 years directly applicable experience
