IT support technician to support US based clients. You will be working a help desk position responsible for diagnosing and fixing various Server and Desktop issues. Great language and phone manors are a must. Reboot will supply the tools, and training required to complete you duties.
Remote Network Administrator (Work from your location)
Must be Proficient with
Windows Server 2000, and 2003
Windows Exchange server 2000 and 2003
Windows XP
Must have(s)
Reliable PC
High speed internet access
Good English skill (Both Spoken and written)
Technician will be supporting U.S. client remotely.
Using remote support tools provided by Reboot, Inc.
Technician will also be required to contact the clients Via phone, using either Skype, or other IP phone system.
Associated IP phone cost will be covered by Reboot, Inc.
You can live anywhere in the world and work for US based Reboot, Inc.
