• Documentation of the Business Processes, Set-Ups, UAT Scripts, Issue Logs, PeopleSoft Connect (Correspondence & fixes received), Project Status, Client discussions
• SARs and Technical solutions: Preparation and finalization of specs for reports (ERW), in consultation with the client and interacting with Technical Consultants where required
• Raising SAR’s on critical project issues & follow up with JD Edwards to see it through
• Data transfer and Hand-holding at go-live stage
• Documentation of the Business Processes, Set-ups, CRP Scripts, Issue Logs, SARs (Correspondence & fixes received), Project Status, Client discussions
• Was responsible for post go-live support/helpdesk calls
