OVERVIEW:
The position will support engineering activities within the 787 Division. The applicant should have the technical wherewithal for the following disciplines: Design, Material & Process, Stress, Structures, Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, Tool Design, Planning, NC Programming and Configuration & Data Management. The applicant must have the ability to understand and successfully execute the proposal process for new business opportunities. Also, must be able to understand and execute the business case for business management and return on investment.
Responsibilities
Requires strong technical skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of management and personnel. Accountable to the organizational employees for the following: Performance Management Process (PMPs), Training, Career Development and Human Resource Management. Accountability to senior management for the following: Cost, Schedule, Technical Performance and Safety.
