Business & Finance Consulting (BFC), specializing in microfinance development and consulting, offers a challenging opportunity for an International Corporate Recovery Consultant.
Duty station: Russia (various locations)
Job responsibilities:
• Conduct large scale corporate assessments and due diligence of partner banks
• Develop loan workout/corporate recovery plans and performance indicators for non-performance loans treatment
• Identify risk areas and deficiencies in corporate lending, risk management, supervision and internal control systems
• Deliver advisory and guidance in strengthening corporate recovery procedures, risk management and streamlining of organisational structures
• Provide effective recommendations and solutions to implement best practice approach for non-performance loans dealing through optimal loan workouts
• Deliver practical advise and trainings in improving loan recovery efficiency, effective loan portfolio management, risk management and reporting

| Habilidades: |
Requirements:
• Strong education background and experience in the banking sector in developed countries and emerging markets
• At least 7 years of international experience in corporate lending development, preferably in Russia and CIS
• Hands-on experience in risk management, corporate recovery, organisational restructuring, bank turnaround and training
• Practical knowledge of lending operations and/or international experience in implementing corporate and SME lending operations is an advantage
• Self-motivated, reliable and accountable team player with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, results-oriented and proactive
• Fluency in English and Russian is required
