This person has a minimum of 7 yrs experience and has in depth knowledge of software engineering utilizing advanced CICS, IMS, VSAM, DB2, MQueue and SOLA XML Web Services. Background/knowledge of the ML mainframe development environment, ASAP system and the BOSS system is a PLUS.
Responsibilities include designing, developing and implementing software solutions, leading complex projects of major significance, reviewing and recommending products from multiple Consultants as necessary, developing technical specifications and acting as a technical lead in the software development process.
Individuals will also provide guidance to and review the work of other team members as well as investigating ways to potentially improve processes existing today and implement improvements.
