The ideal candidate will have been involved in Building services (Mechanical) for at least 10 years.
The ability to rapidly assess the integrity of a design with respect to completeness and practicality is required.
A varied in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Mechanical Building services, both Technical and contractual will be preffered.
This opportunity is viewed as a potential career developing prospect as all member s of the Technical Services Team will be exposed to a series of problem solving tasks.
