Our client is a world leading online gaming company offering an exciting opportunity for a French Vip Telesales Executive to join their team based at the companies HQ in Gibraltar. Our client offers an extensive product range and they are looking for the right French speaking VIP Executive to implement a VIP program for active and lapsed customers across the brand.
-Experience dealing with VIP players/customers and working to maintain and keep their expectations fulfilled.
-Experience of CRM/promotions campaigns/Report analysis
-Excellent communication skills ability to interact with players/customers from all over the world.
-Trouble shooter
-Team Player you will be working with colleagues that are in various locations internationally
-2/3 years experience in similar role
-Fluent French & English
Salary - £23k
