Our client is the largest provider of wireless handset insurance programs in North America. Currently they have over 5,000 employees company-wide. They are in eight countries and serve over 60 million wireless subscribers.
Job Description/Summary:
This position involves planning and managing the business to protect against fraud. The candidate will be in charge of claim protection by collaborating with special teams in a call center.
Responsibilities:
• Planning and implementing measures to protect against fraud
• From the perspective of risk management, design flow of compensation and the provisions for establishing rights
• Correction and verification of compliance with rules
• Research and investigate for fraud through relevant judgment
• Compensation analysis while supporting escalation rules
Requirements:
• Logical thinking and judgment
• Thinking from legal point of view
• Facilitate communication with internal and external forces
• Motivation and sense of responsibility
• Basic skill of OA software
Language Requirements:
Native Japanese
Beginner level of English or better

• Related business experience at credit card companies, etc.
• Business experience in damage assessment and reimbursement management at an insurance company
