Description of work
- Reviewing and making technical assessments of engines with imperfections in warranty period;
- Communication with the customer on warranty claims;
- Assessment and handling of warranty claims;
- Monitoring of implementation work on engines of warranty cases at home and abroad;
- The collection of field information analysis of the engines and the provision of field and claim information internal;
- The provision of service information about the product to the customer;
- Organizing and providing technical training internally and on location.
Crafts
- Reporting, writing;
- Start up and commissioning of motors and equipment;
- Damage Assessment on location and abroad;
- Planning and organizing work.
Complexity / powers
Maintaining contacts with distributors, OEM, Dealers, classification societies` s and research agencies. Assessment of technical reports and warranty claims. Monitoring inspections and enforcement activities on site.
Responsibility
- Gathering of information on field during use of the engines;
- Consideration and assessment of claims;
- Assess damage and make reports;
- Progress and implementation of project activities for warranty cases;
- Solving technical issues;
- Contact with customers during the completion;
- Organize training courses to customers.
Communications with:
- Manager Service Engines;
- Distributors OEM Dealers;
- Classification societies and research agencies.
Marine Engineer degree is necessary!!
