Due to the success and continued growth they are looking to expand their current language teams and are looking for the right candidates to help them do that!

Job Discription
- Customer Service via telephone and email
- Escalation of problems to 2nd Level Support
- General customer service administration
-Acquiring knowledge about our products as well as back office tools
Profile
-You must be have excellent NATIVE language skills of one of the following.. German/Dutch/Greek or Croation and English skills (oral and written)
-Additional language skills are an advantage
-Very good IT user skills
-Ideally experienced in customer service/call centres
-Interested in Sports/Poker/Games
-Strong sense of team spirit!!!!!

Salary
£17k first 3 probation months
£19k after completion of probation if shift work is not required £20k if shift work is required.
