Will be responsible for face-to-face customer service calls in an effort to enroll/reactivate/win back/their service.
Must have good verbal and written skills.
Will be explaining FiOS TV, FiOS Data and Freedom products features/benefits, completing sales orders and various forms.
Will under go a 2 week training period.
Need to have reliable transportation for local travel.
Client will reimburse candidates for mileage in accordance with Travel/Expense Policy for Contingent Workers. |
