Position Title: Manager
Title/Name this Position Reports to: Director
Location: Saudi Arabia - Riyadh
Job Details:
· Interact daily and develop relationships with client resources at multiple levels
· Manage all aspects of client engagement including coordination of multiple project workstreams
· Manage activities of others on project team
· Provide advisory services to clients to facilitate optimal solutions
· Provide support for business development efforts
· Project management, including:
o Work plan creation, review, and updating
o Status reporting
o Scope, billing, and budget management
o Manage client expectations and resolve conflicts and issues
o Manage scope and activities to achieve client objectives
o Provide advisory services to client to achieve maximum benefits from initiative
o Communicate with client user community related to project updates and benefits
Candidate Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree
· MBA and at least 8 years consulting, project management, and implementation experience or significant industry experience is preferred
Subject matter expertise in at least one of the following: budgeting, finance, organizational structures, planning, resource optimization, or operations and management
· Must have broad understanding of general business concepts and disciplines including finance and accounting
· Client relationship experience working with large organizations is also required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills that can be used to quickly establish client confidence and trust
· Exceptional leadership, project management, and teamwork skills, including time management skills and the ability to motivate and keep teams on task
