Team leader (finance & accounting) with dutch language
What will be your responsibilities?
- Managing a small team of Finance & Accounting specialists
- Assigning tasks to the members of the team and tracking the progress of their accomplishment
- Controlling the performance of the specialists that deal with general accounting duties such as purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Identifying, managing and controlling changes
- Analysing the results and evaluation of the achievement of the goals to ensure client satisfaction
What are we looking for?
- Relevant people management experience
- Solid professional experience in Accounting or Finance (at least 2 years)
- Excellent command of DUTCH language
- Good command of English language
- Mature and flexible approach and ability to adapt to any situation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
