Our Client is one of the leading group of companies in the Sultanate Of Oman. It has grown over the years and is presently a group of companies for varied Joint Ventures in a wide spectrum of products and industries, representing a broad range of quality consumer / industrial products and services.
Our Client seeks a Chief Operating Officer / General Manager for their office in beautiful MUSCAT, the capital city of OMAN.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the primary function of the role is to proactively identify trading opportunities and establish new lines of business based on changing trade patterns in strategic regions. You will also have to motivate staff, maximise productivity, and control costs through effective use of manpower and other available resources.
The COO / GM will also be responsible for financial and business planning, HR/organizational development, and oversee business operations.
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in Dubai.
Salary/Rate: OMR 3,500 - 4,750 per month |

Essential Requirements
Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
Young, dynamic, and hard working.
Our Client has indicated that this energetic role will suit applicants up to around age 45.
Hands-on operational experience in various industries.
Demonstrated experience in financial planning & analysis, human resource management, IT, legal.
Skills must include organisational development, budget & resource development, strategic planning, management & monitoring systems, programs, and projects.
Excellent people skills with ability to provide dynamic leadership.
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to business mission.
Flexible and able to multi-task, can work within fast-moving environment with a strong drive to achieve results.
DESIRABLE
Bachelor of Engineering degree.
Management sees the role suitable for Indian nationals with Middle East experience. |
