Job Purpose:
The Program Manager is the primary customer interface, responsible for fulfillment of all Project deliverables. The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of all scopes of work, and coordinates the verification and acceptance of scopes of work and milestones throughout the complete project delivery. The Program Manager is the focal point for all program related customer issues and will ensure that satisfactory resolution of customer issues is attained.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage customer expectations by understanding the client and Customer business drivers and help to ensure that in all aspects of Project Delivery, the organization is in place to achieve the agreed upon contractual deliverables.
• Profitability (cost/revenue) responsible for the Program Engagement. Improve profitability and customer satisfaction by directing large complex programs and/or directing a number of process activities, analyzing processes and procedures, directing resources and defining and driving best practices.
• Prime for monitoring and reporting on the ongoing activities within the Project forums with the customer and ensuring continuity and resolution of issues according to our contractual commitments.
• Monitor and report status, problems and risks according to the contractual terms and condition, and will be prime for escalation of outstanding issues to the executive team.
• Assist the Account Team in capturing customer forecasts and ensuring these forecasts are distributed to the Supply and Services organizations to support proper equipment allocation and resource planning.
• Work with the Project Office to ensure understanding of the overall program deliverables and to assist/consult in the structure, organization and planning of the project.
• Establish a customer relationship which will lead to enhanced customer satisfaction, by proposing and initiating new ideas, taking a pro-active stance on customer issues and ensuring that from receipt of Order to completion of implementation of Contract that the project goals have been met.
• Consolidates and reports overall progress of customer projects to executive management.
• Preparations of add-on Sales from Change requests as well as identification of sales opportunities and channel to the account team.
• Initiate and promote opportunities to provide new Services to the Customer to achieve Service Sales objectives.
• CFR on the Core 3 team in the tender preparation, and ensuring suitable resources from the Services area are allocated where required for tender preparation.
• Complete SMIS activities relating to completing the contract handshake at opportunity closure in order to transfer from sales over to the line for implementation.
Key Relationships and Purpose:
A) Internal:
• Account Team- Interfacing regarding customers, and project information.
• GSNA- Interfacing regarding global customer initiatives and how local projects fit in to overall plan.
• Proposal management - interfacing on core 3 activities
B) External:
• Customers- Interfacing regarding specific projects and their status.
• ASP & ARP- Interfacing regarding customer projects.
Qualifications
A) Skills, Experience and Education:
• Bachelor\`s Degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current PMP certification or is actively pursuing professional project management certification (PMP).
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Familiarity with requirements of ISO 9000.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Superior interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting objectives.
• Excellent understanding of MS Office Applications - MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Other Requirements. Domestic and international travel may be required. |

- due to the nature of this role and the strong Customer Facing aspect of it, candidates must possess perfect English communication skills, coupled with a suave client/account management style
-North America Telco/Carrier/Vendor experience is a must! |
