Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in such disciplines as property economy, urban planning or marketing management;
2. With 8 years property consulting experience, preferably 3 years project management experience;
3. Ability to conduct study and analysis of property market and undertake property positioning, planning;
4. Good communication and presentation skills.
