Salary: 68,000 to 85,000 Kchf (45,000 to 55,000 euros) depending on experience + relocation package!

Introduction
Our client is a multinational famous company, leader on his sector, recognized as “one the best company to work for” for several years in a row by the magazine Fortune.
For their European Shared Service Center, they are actively looking for a Junior Accountant fluent in Danish and English, for the Nordic Team. At first, the candidate will be in charge of the Payable and Receivable Accountancy, but it could evolve to General Accountancy after a while depending on his/her performances.
So, you are flexible, motivated to develop your accountancy skills in a great working environment, ready to move to Switzerland under a short notice (around one month or less), this position is for YOU! Don’t miss it!
Primary Accountabilities/essential Functions:
1. Process responsibilities
• Accurately perform process specific tasks as requested by process owner, which may include depending on specific team:
– Process related documentation processing
– Resolving invoice discrepancies
– Updating organizational databases (e.G. Vendor, customer, chart of accounts)
– Queries resolution
– Performing month close activities
– General Ledger Activities (e.G. Accruals, reconciliations)
– Bank Statement Allocation
2. Customer service responsibilities
• Maintain good working relationships with the respective process team and other SSC teams where required
• Support the respective process owner in achieving the process objectives
• Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures
3. Back up for other team members

Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Minimum: Bachelor in economics
Preferred: Master in Economics/Finance/Accountancy
Experience:
Minimum: no practical experience in accounting field
Preferred: 1 or 2 year(s) practical experience in accounting
SKILLS and Abilities Required:
Languages: Perfectly fluent in Danish, English as a second language required (written and spoken)
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Professional approach to work
Good analytical skills and attention to details
Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools |
