Quality & HSE Manager with good knowledge of ISO
Summery
QHSE professional must have spent significant time within a Contracting environment. Should be an open communicator, with the ability not only to convey a clear concise message, but also be able to get buy-in to ideas from a wide range of established operations team members. Ideally the QHSE Manager will be quality focussed in His/her outlook with some exposure to health and safety and hold NEBOSH certification.
Responsibilities
Manage Multiple Sites
•Take day-to-day responsibility for the quality system (QS) and work with the Management Team in the conformity and development of the QS
•Review the QS for the Company calibration and measurement services and lead internal audits.
•Monitor and supervise all actions related to health and safety, improve and update policy documents (H&S Manual)
•Chair the internal Health and Safety Committee (HSC) and provide it with timely feedback on the implementation of the Director’s decisions following the HSC recommendations.
•Maintaining and improving QMS System
•Driving continuous improvement throughout the organisation
•Champion cultural change from shop floor to Senior Management
•Reduce internal and external parts per million
•Chair monthly Quality Assurance meetings and advise on strategies for change and improvement

| Habilidades: |
Knowledge, Skills and Qualification
•Quality Assurance experience within a Construction environment
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
•A degree in engineering or equivalent in Quality and Health and Safety.
•At least 7 years of experience in Quality Management within a Contracting Company preferably as a lead assessor, and ideally significant experience of health and safety work.
•Knowledge and experience of ISO standards
•Knowledge and experience of appropriate international practice for Health and Safety.
•Knowledge of the UAE regulations would be an advantage.
•A fluent level of spoken English and Arabic is desirable
•The ability to work in a multicultural environment and to maintain good working relations Inside and outside the organization.
