This is an Outside Business 2 Business Sales Position / Print and Online Advertising.
This is a long term career opportunity for sales professionals, whose success here is realized and rewarded on a weekly basis!
Seccion Amarilla is the largest independent Spanish Yellow Pages Print and Internet publishing agent in the US.
Spanish Speaking is NOT required!
We have more than one hundred years of directory publishing experience with directories in Argentina, Peru, Mexico and now the United States.
We’re seeking goal oriented and results driven Outside Sales B2B Account Executives interested in being part of our mission to build bridges between the local Hispanic communities and the local American businesses whose desire is to tap into the phenomenal Hispanic buying power.
FACT: The Hispanic Community is growing 5 times faster than any other population; advertising spending for Spanish language media reached $5.6 Billion in 2006, increasing 14.4% over 2005. (Source: US Census Bureau. Census 2000).
FACT: The Hispanic buying power is growing four times faster than the Hispanic population. (Source: Source: The Hispanic Consumer Market in 1997 and Forecasts to 2010, Standard & Poor’s DRI, 1998).
Companies throughout the United States have reached out to Seccion Amarilla to effectively help them market their products and services to the Hispanic community and now we’re seeking You to be part of our mission to Unite both parties together.
Responsibilities:
Representative will be responsible for selling display advertising in established publications as well as Internet advertising.
Cold Calling/Prospecting/Lead Generation within a territory
Strategize to maximize renewal and new dollars for each customer.
Discuss customers` business strategies and develop advertising programs to meet customer’s needs.
This is a base Salary plus paid up front commission position where the earning potential is $65,000-$100,000 plus in the first year if monthly objectives are exceeded.
Earning potential is not capped!!

Minimum Job Requirements:
One year of successful outside sales experience preferred with strong negotiation skills.
Highly motivated sales professional
Strong organizational skills as well as persuasive oral and written communications skills
Financially motivated, self-starter who possess a positive attitude and a desire to be part of a performance driven environment.
Basic Computer and Internet Skills a must.
Strong problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
Location: New Orleans, LA
Compensation: Base Salary plus Commission and Full Benefits
